Once a service has been booked, scheduled, or delivered, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Requests made after this window will not be accommodated. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost. We encourage all clients to review service details carefully before making a payment.
